2024 Summer Camp Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

To avoid disappointment, we ask that you register early for a camp week to guarantee your spot. Please note that no reservation is secured unless accompanied by a payment. This ensures fairness in class availability as all of our classes fill up quickly. Payment can be made in person or online. Please keep the VAC up to date on your contact information so we can best communicate with you for class changes. Please notify the VAC in advance of any planned absences. 

• If a camp day is canceled due to circumstances such as weather emergencies or power failures, a credit will be applied to the participants’ Amilia registration account with the VAC.

• All cancellation requests must be received in writing 5 business days prior to the first day of the camp session to receive a full credit or refund. 

• IF you submit a written request to cancel less than five (5) business days before the start of the first class and the day before the program starts. You will receive a full refund less a $10 administration fee. The administration fee will be waived if you accept a credit on your account.

• If we cancel your program prior to the start date, you will receive a full refund.
