100 Small Artworks Show and Sale
Friday, November 15 - Sunday, December 15, 2019
Reception: Friday, November 15, 6 - 8 PM
In celebration of VAC members, we’re ending our 2019 exhibition program with the annual 100 Small Artworks Show and Sale. This exhibition offers VAC members the opportunity to show and sell their artwork with 100% of the sale price going directly to the artists. This year we’ve added a slight change to the title to include the many forms in which small works can exist - paintings, drawings, watercolours, photographs, books, videos, sculpture and pottery to name a few.
Join us at the opening reception on Friday, November 15 from 6-8 pm. Celebrate with food sponsored by Pelican Catering and Events and live music from Carl Cotton. Come out and support the VAC’s members and community artists by purchasing original artwork!
Carl Cotton, is a grade 9 singer/guitarist who started his musical journey at a young age of 7 and has been a member of the Durham Jazz Band since 2015. Since he was 8 years old, he has been performing at various venues in Durham Region, Northumberland County, Toronto, Montreal and Colorado. He has also performed in festivals and other events like MusicFest Canada, Canadian Rocky Mountain Festival Banff, Busker Festival Cobourg & Toronto Mac & Cheese Festival. You can follow him on Facebook and Instagram. |
